The kids thought the wet season rains were fantastic. Many afternoons were spent mucking around in the rain. At the various sorts of accommodation there were different water activities. There were pools and spas and jumping pillows all of which were more fun when it was pouring rain. The kids grew quickly accustomed to the idea of daily room service, as did I. It was lovely to go out mid morning and return to beds made, fresh towels, washed dishes and swept floors. Actually we really really miss that bit. Steve and I were quite taken a back one day when we asked Tom to pick something up and his response was that we should just leave it for our slave. It was then that we realized that we had been living in resorts way too long.
